VacuuMount &
Adaptor
Made in South Africa to international
standards, each vacuum mount can
hold a 40 Kg. provided they are
activated on flat or very slightly
curved non flexible surfaces that
are smooth, non-porous, clean,
free of oil, wax and other chemicals
and water.
Corrosion of components is always
the most concerning problem when
it comes to motor vehicles and
the following list of features
gives an indication of the quality
of our product:
- VacuuMounts are injection
moulded in UV resistant black
nylon.
- Drain holes in lip of the
housing allow water to immediately
drain from the interior of
the housing.
- Suction cups are vulcanised
in a special synthetic compound
and have a 120mm diameter footprint.
They cannot damage or stain
paint or glass surfaces and
they cannot slip.
- All metal parts in the VacuuMounts
are electro-plated to prevent
corrosion, while the tilt &
swivel mechanisms are made
of engineering PVC, aluminium
and stainless steel fasteners.
A replacement kit comprising a
suction pad, spring, activation
lever and pivot pin are available
if these components become worn
or get damaged.
Security system stainless steel
cap screws and 4mm Allen keys
are also available.
A safety device is supplied with
all display systems intended for
use on moving vehicles. In the
unlikely event of both vacuum
mounts de-activating at the same
time, this safety device will
prevent damage or injury to third
parties. The same safety device
is also available for large showroom
window and wall systems.
These vacuum mounts will be used
in many other applications and
products, which are presently
being developed. They include
auto accessories, industrial tooling
and recreational products.
